1. The beginning of cooperation 

If you have your own design project, leave a request on our site in any section or call / contact us via email and we will discuss the cost of its realisation and answer all questions. If you do not have any design project, we will create it for you.

2. Design project: its creation or adjustment

Our designer reviews your design project, makes adjustments if necessary, specifies the materials of the future furniture. If there’s no project, the specialist will consider the plan of the room, listen to your wishes and create several options of furniture design set for you. The designer visits the site to make measurements or works remotely.

3. The approval of basics 

Our specialist discusses the project with you: materials, fittings, interior filling. Since the choice of materials significantly affects the cost, we calculate several options for you. We strongly advise at least one visit to our salons (we have many material samples), but if this is not possible - we work remotely as well.

4. Project approval, contract signing

Finally, we discuss all the details, set the date of manufacturing, sign a formal contract, you make a deposit. We discuss the terms and procedure of the final settlement payment. The designer transfers the information on the design project to the technologist.

5. Control measurements and production

Before the start of the project, it is necessary to make accurate measurements of all surfaces and corners of the room. To do this, our technologist comes to the site. If this is not possible, we are looking for a specialist who can perform accurate measurements on your site. After that, drawings are being prepared and all the necessary materials are getting ordered. The information is transferred to the production.

6. Production and delivery

In the process of furniture production, we make sure to agree on all issues related to the delivery and customs clearance of furniture with the client, prepare the necessary documents, set a transportation plan. We use our own transport for delivery or look for a reliable intermediary. These issues are resolved individually, depending on the size of the order and destination.

7. Installation. 

The furniture is installed by our specialists, who come to the site with equipment of their own. The visa issue is solved in advance, all documents for crossing the border are being prepared. At the client’s request or the inability of our specialists to arrive, the furniture is installed by local specialists, who receive our constant informational support and all the necessary drawings.

8. Гарантії та правила експлуатації

Після закінчення монтажу ви насолоджуєтеся користуванням своїми новими меблями! При потребі наш дизайнер завжди готовий відповісти на усі питання щодо догляду та правил експлуатації виробів. Офіційний договір передбачає надання гарантії на кожен наш виріб терміном на 5 років. При виникненні будь-яких питань і проблем наші фахівці оперативно відреагують.
